General Terms & Conditions

  • Retail prices are updated as of 1st April 2026 and are valid until 12th October 2026.
  • All rates are in local currency and include relevant taxes.
  • Downhill Karting Calgary by Skyline reserves the right to alter published prices at any time.
  • Downhill Karting Calgary by Skyline reserves the right to refuse entry and may ask those who break the code of conduct to leave without a refund. 
  • Please note that age/ height restrictions apply for children to ride the track solo. 
  • Weather checks will be given on tickets when the weather causes our operation to close for more than 30 minutes. Weather check will allow riders to complete their unused or remaining rides at another time.
  • Please note that management accepts no responsibility for property stolen or damaged.

Ticketing Terms & Conditions

Tickets purchased online in 2026 are only valid for the 2026 Downhill Karting Calgary season. Tickets purchased are usable for the day and time of purchase. Any unused rides are not transferable to another day and are non-refundable.

Smart Saver Tickets
Smart Saver tickets are available during designated sessions, they offer cheaper tickets for weekday sessions and the first operating timeslot on weekend mornings. Availability is limited and will be reflected at the time of booking.

Classic Tickets
Classic tickets are available across our weekend slots and represent the full Downhill Karting experience. These sessions are typically busier than our Smart Saver options. Availability is limited and will be reflected at the time of booking.

Peewee Rider Tickets
Peewee Rider tickets are an additional charge that allow children to sit tandem with a full-paying adult over the age of 18.

Flexi Tickets
Flexi Tickets are available as an add-on at checkout for both Smart Saver and Classic tickets, giving you greater flexibility with your booking.

Changes & Cancellations for Smart Saver & Classic Tickets

  • One change permitted per booking.
  • Changes made up to 12 hours before your scheduled session are subject to a $15 admin fee.
  • Refunds are available up to 48 hours before your scheduled session.

Changes & Cancellations With a Flexi Ticket

  • One change permitted per booking.
  • Changes made up to 12 hours before your scheduled session incur no fee.
  • Refunds are available up to 12 hours before your scheduled session.

Conditions Of Entry

Restricted Items

Downhill Karting Calgary wants to ensure that your experience is a happy and safe one for you and all of our guests.

Please refrain from bringing items such as:

  • Any kind of weapon (including replicas), alcohol (unless purchased onsite), and drugs.
  • Knives/sharp objects.
  • Fireworks and/or smoke bombs.

Clothing

For the comfort and safety of all visitors, clothing that displays offensive language, including but not limited to racial or discriminatory messaging, is not permitted.

Gang insignia is also not permitted.

Can I fly a drone at Downhill Karting Calgary?

The use of drones by individuals is strictly forbidden at Downhill Karting Calgary.

For any use of drones by a professional, apply with site management.

Bag Checks

Downhill Karting Calgary reserves the right to conduct a bag inspection.

Downhill Karting Calgary reserves the right to conduct a bag check for any of the restricted items listed, which may invoke removal from site if in possession.

Downhill Karting Calgary reserves the right to remove any person from their site if they are in breach of the expected guest behaviour.

Code of Conduct:

Comply with all track signs and warnings. Follow all instructions and directions from Karting staff.

You must be at least 110cm in height and 6 years old to be eligible to ride the Downhill Kart alone.

To ride the chair you must be at least 85cm, be able to walk unassisted and able to follow instruction from staff.

Do not ride the Downhill Kart if your ability or judgement is impaired through use of alcohol or drugs.

Long hair, loose or trailing clothing, bags, backpacks or items, are hazardous and must be secured.

Helmets must be worn at all times while on the Kart track.

Handheld devices must not be used at any time during chairlift and Kart ride.

Do not ride with one hand as it limits control of the Kart.

Do not put your feet outside of the Kart foot-well unless completely stopped.

To slow or stop the Kart pull handlebars back toward you. Do not stop by pushing handlebars forward.

Remain in control of Kart speed and direction at all times. Make sure you can stop and avoid any person or obstacle.

SKYLINE DOWNHILL KARTING CALGARY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE PARTICIPATION TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON
